Shahidul Hoque, FCMA, is a seasoned capital market professional with over 17 years of expertise in investment banking, portfolio management, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance. As the Chief Executive of Janata Capital and Investment Limited (JCIL), he is currently managing JCIL’s own investment portfolio worth BDT 450 crore and overseeing BDT 240 crore in margin loan management, ensuring strategic growth and financial sustainability.
With extensive experience in IPO advisory, capital raising, and financial product development, Shahidul has played a crucial role in shaping investment strategies, risk assessment, and corporate governance in Bangladesh’s capital market. His deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks allows him to drive innovation while maintaining compliance and financial stability.
Shahidul Hoque holds an MBA in Finance from Independent University, Bangladesh, and an MCom in Accounting (First Class) from Govt. Commerce College, Chittagong. He is also a Fellow Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA), reflecting his commitment to financial excellence and strategic leadership.
